Product Detail
PU panel is also called PU sandwich panel, PUR Panel or PUF Panel in which polyurethane foam is been sandwiched between the two outer covers. The CFC-free insulated PU panel is commonly used as the cold storage panels due to its advantageous mechanical, chemical, biological and moisture properties, it is excellent to prevent thermal conductivity, restrain growth of fungi, keep out moisture ingress. We are engaged in manufacturing reliable PU sandwich panels in variegated specifications.
XUueyun PU panels are available in customized sizes and structure for storage temperature ranges from -40°C to 20°C. The outer two layers are available in profile with zinc coated, galvanized steel, embossed aluminum and stainless steel etc., that can meet the international hygiene standards

A variety of materials are available to meet the diversity of your needs.
Color steel plate: Using high-strength steel plate as the base material, better thermal insulation effect.
Stainless steel plate: The stainless steel plate has a smooth surface, high plasticity,corrosion resistance and high toughness.
Galvanized sheet: Is a cost-effective rust prevention method, high surface quality, high strength and high deep drawability advantages.
Embossed aluminum plate: On the basis of aluminum plate,aluminum products with various patterns formed on the surface after calendering are widely used.
Specifications of PU Panel
Features of PU sandwich panel
(1) Size: the standard width of PU sandwich panel will be 960mm, the length can be customized, we suggest to produce length of 2900mm,5900mm or 11800mm, to suit the shipping container of 20GP, 40GP or 40HC.
(2) Connected by cam-lock with tape, no more polyurethane will be filled into cam lock when producing, it is easier to install.
(3) Using fluoride-free polyurethane and flame retardant, it is more environment-friendly and safe.
(4) For surface material of PU sandwich panel，it can be flat, or with ribbing of 15mm width or with ribbing of 50mm width.
(5) Foamed by high pressure with density of 38-42 kg/m3, the thermal insulation is good.
(6) We will supply L-shape metal, decorating metal and U-shape metal for cold room, they can also be customized.
(7) Panels can be covered with embossed aluminum steel additionally for longer service life.
Installation Instruction
As the important component of the cold room, Xueyun Brand PU Panels are designed and manufactured with detailed consideration for installation and maintenance. Followed are some instructions:
- Before the installation, make sure that the locking devices are at the stop position. To do so, turn the locking devices counter-clockwise, using a wrench with force, until it stops.
2.Push panels together and turn wrench 1/4 turn clockwise. This will engage the male locking device ‘arm’ over female locking device ‘pin’.
3. Keep turning the wrench for another turn until the wrench stops. If there are any problems during the operation of cam locks, turn the wrench counter-clockwise with force until it stops moving any further. This will put the locking device at its original position and you can try to assemble the panel again by moving the wrench in a clockwise direction.
